For guidance on how to create an ISD, please contact your respective accounting department. Please reference the below ISPs:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin-top: 0;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">University Park Campus:<\/span><br \/>\nUPC Permits and Reservations \u2013 ISP &#8211; SP \u2013 123 Auxiliaries- Transportation- UPC Operations<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Health Sciences Campus:<\/span><br \/>\nHSC Permits and Reservations &#8211; ISP \u2013 SP &#8211; 124 Auxiliaries- Transportation- HSC Operations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you have already submitted a blanket ISD, please proceed to step #3.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 1em;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Save &amp; upload your new ISD as a PDF document.<\/span><br \/>\n&gt;&gt; Go to the <a href=\"https:\/\/transnet-dev.usc.edu\/index.php\/department-requisitions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">department ISD form<\/a><br \/>\n<span style=\"display: inline-block; margin-top: 1em;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline;\">PLEASE PLAN AHEAD!<\/span> <span style=\"color: red;\">Failure to upload a new ISD with a parking reservation request may result in an unprocessed parking reservation.<\/span> We will NOT process any parking reservation requests without a valid ISD. (Exceptions: Blanket ISDs require a one-time upload.)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 1em;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Complete and submit the Form below<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Due to the volume of requests, please allow 24-48 hours for processing. It is recommended to submit Reservations 1 week in advance.
